Playground Camp/Multi-Sport: designed to have kids playing a variety of fun games including some classics such as capture the flag, tag, soccer, football, kickball, etc. We will also introduce some phys-ed type games that are simple to learn and fun to play. We like to introduce kids to games that they can in turn bring home and play with their friends. This approach allows kids to focus more on playing and having fun versus listening to a laundry list of rules. Our Multi-Sport classes focus on a variety of games and constant playing. If you seek a program that offers a mix of traditional instruction and skill development that is reinforced with a scrimmage, try one of our multi-sports clinics.

Playground Flag Football: The focus of the program is to introduce the basic skills and understanding of the game of flag football and to provide the players with an opportunity to experience the game. Using skills and drills and an emphasis on fun and understanding rather than wins, losses, or score. Players will learn running, flag-pulling, throwing, catching, handoffs, snapping, defense, routes and positions along with basic speed, agility, coordination and communication. No equipment is required for practice.

Playground Hoops: designed to help grow your child’s love for basketball in a confidence-building and pressure-free environment. Our amazing coaches and great coach-to-player ratios make this program a great fit for any experience level. The classes are geared towards learning the fundamentals of basketball through a number of fun and engaging drills/games. Our classes also include simulated gameplay where the coaches help control the flow of the game to keep everyone involved.

Playground Lax: is an introduction to the sport of lacrosse for boys and girls. The focus of the program is to introduce the basic skills and understanding of the game of lacrosse and to provide the players with an opportunity to experience the game. Using skills and drills and an emphasis on fun and understanding rather than wins, losses or score. Players will learn to scoop ground balls, cradling the ball, passing and shooting and general game flow activities. Players will need a stick. No other equipment is required for practice. As classes progress we may ask for additional equipment to further progress with skill development.
